Eastern Chamber hosts a workshop (bonus wage settlement) next Thursday
The East Chamber Thursday morning (12 June 2014) host workshop to introduce the program (award wages settlement) which launched by the human resources development Fund (aim) for support localization in the private sector. Participating in the workshop to be held at the headquarters of the main Chamber in Dammam Deputy Executive Director Dr. Abdulkarim bin Hamad Alnejedi, the Deputy Director-General of the employment support fund Dr. Mansour Al-Mansour, = talking about reward mechanisms to apply for, and obtain, from the firms due to this bonus.
The Fund said that the program, which is the financial rewards available, based on a specific percentage of the growth of salaries paid to staff of the Saudi establishment registered in the social security maximum (50) of the total growth of wages of Saudi employees for the period compared with the previous period, to increase the value of the reward with increased variation in the growth of salaries from one period to the next. Workshop comes in the framework of cooperation between the Chamber and the human resources development Fund (aim) to define the business community regulations and programs the Ministry of labor, aims to clarify the best means and mechanisms that serve the correct application of this regulation and, in the interests of all parties.
